We build custom Business Management Systems designed specifically for your working environment. This example was designed for leisure centres but could be adapted to any working environment with individual modules specifically designed for you. The Leisure, Business Management System, allows centres to store staff records and qualifications in a secure manner. The qualifications table can then be exported to excel or a summary can be emailed to the manager. Every week an automated email is sent listing which staff have qualifications running out within the next two weeks. Dates that expire are colour coded based on their status for easy visual reference.


Other modules included are a contractors list keeping a central database of names and numbers so all staff have up to date records. PPM records keeping health and safety managers up to date and reminded as to when tasks must be completed.
HR have their own admin area to manage the system for a company, controlling access and data, with the ability to add centres as the business expands.
